The service

MyFutureMapped provides an AI-powered career discovery platform for secondary schools, including student surveys, AI-generated results, teacher dashboards and reporting tools.

Accounts

Schools are responsible for the accounts they create and for the activity of their staff and students. Account holders must keep login details secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Free trial

New schools receive a 30-day free trial with full access and no card required. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends; continued use requires choosing a paid plan.

Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Fees are set out at the point of purchase. Schools may upgrade at any time; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current term unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

The platform must be used lawfully and for its intended educational purpose. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to process data you are not entitled to process.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the platform. Schools retain rights in their own content and student data. Each party grants the other the limited rights needed to operate the service.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and improvements from time to time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the agreement with each school. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
